When you arrive at your destination, pick up a cheap paring knife from a local store and now you have a fixed blade in your pocket! Never go unprepared!

• 1) Paring knives are the most commonly used/carried knives in the world because they are cheap and readily available (made famous by Ed Calderon).
• 2) These sheaths were designed for carry-on (approved under TSA guidelines) while traveling on a plane or other mode of public transportation with the empty sheath in your bag (we usually throw a toothbrush in the sheath). Simply procure a blade once you arrive at your destination and then ditch the blade when you’re done and then return home with the empty sheath!
• 3) This sheath allows you to safely and securely carry a fixed blade (in this case a common paring knife) in your pocket or inside your waistband without the fear of the knife falling out or injuring you while carrying it on your person.
• 4) The sheath will accept any common paring knife with a blade length up to 4”.
• 5) The mouth or opening of the sheath is roughly 1” x 1”.
• 6) If the retention isn’t strong enough, you can adjust the retention by gently heating up the back of the sheath with a hairdryer, heat gun or a lighter and then mold the kydex around whatever knife you are using. You can also wrap tape around the handle of the blade as another option.
