ARMIS Knives sells knives and related products (collectively, the “Products”) only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. Your purchase of ARMIS Knife and Tool Products, whether in person, by telephone, by mail, by fax, or over the Internet, legally binds you and your heirs, assigns, transferees, and personal representatives as follows:
RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
When you order and purchase Products from Armis Knife and Tool, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase the Products ordered and that the Products can be purchased and owned in your country, state, county, and/or city of residence. By offering Products for sale, Armis Knife and Tool does not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own, or possess the Products ordered. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS! Knives and related Armis Knife and Tool Products may be dangerous, even deadly, if used improperly, negligently, and/or illegally. When you purchase Products from Armis Knife and Tool, you agree that you will use the purchased Products in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. You further agree that you will train and supervise minors in the use of Armis Knife and Tool Products and that you will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary or required by applicable law to keep Armis Knife and Tool Products out of the hands of minors and untrained and/ or immature individuals. When you purchase Products from Armis Knife and Tool, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the Products and agree to indemnify and hold Armis Knife and Tool harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against Armis Knife and Tool related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Products.
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are shipped USPS priority mail with tracking. On rare occasion, UPS will be used.
World Wide - Most international parcels are shipped with USPS and are typically between $15 and $30 USD.
International Shipping:
Armis Knife and Tool Company will only ship to countries that allow our products legally into the country. Check your country's import guidelines before purchase.
Buyer is responsible for import fees and taxes for the destination county.
If customs seizes the parcel during international transport, Armis Knife and Tool Company assumes no responsibility, your country guidelines are up to you to verify.
Once an order is shipped, Armis Knife and Tool Company cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. An option to add-on insurance and/or signature confirmation is available at checkout. If further assistance is needed, please email me at armisknifeandtool@gmail.com
RETURNS:
All sales are final and returns will not be accepted. Please contact me for support or with any questions at armisknifeandtool@gmail.com
SHARPENING:
Any Armis Knife and Tool Company knife will be sharpened free of charge. This is not limited to the original purchaser. The sender will pay for the mailing to and I will pay to send the knife back. Be sure to list your correct return address. Lead time will be approx. 1 week from receiving the knife. Please email us to let us know you are sending a knife for sharpening. INTERNATIONAL orders are disqualified from this service.
USER COMMENTS, SUBMISSIONS AND CONCERNS:
Please share your feedback through email when applicable. Any and all comments or suggestions should come through email. If you have issues with the products for any reason, please reach out through email and we can try to work through any problems.
RESTRICTIONS: The Site is open to people ages 18 or older, furthermore, purchases must be in accordance with United States law and the laws on the location of the purchaser. It is up to the purchaser to abide by these laws accordingly. By ordering any Armis Knife and Tool Company product, you are also certifying that you are over the age of 18 and will comply with all local knife laws.
LIABILITY:
Armis Knife and Tool Company WILL NOT be liable for any damages to person or property that may arise from the use or misuse of any Nine Point Knives products. All knives come sharp and must be used carefully and properly to avoid injury or other serious harm.
PRODUCTS:
All knife products are of the exact product (collectively, the “Products”) that you will be buying. The shown product that is purchased is what you will receive. If you have questions about a product or wish for more pictures of a certain product, please email me your questions.
Knives are custom made. There may be a very small variances in product size depending on cutting procedure and creation as well as small "defects" that reflect the character of a handmade product. A small variance may be seen on part of the knife pertaining to length, width and/or height based on the baseline individual knife sizes listed.
MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS:
A 15% discount applies to knives only. Please email me to get the discount code and add it when checking out. A code cannot be applied after the knife is already purchased.
Military and First responders includes all U.S. military affiliates, former and active, Law Enforcement officers, former and active, Firefighters and EMS personnel.
