Hello Armis family!!! We want to inform all of our amazing customers with an update on our business and order processing times. Our small, family run business has been inundated with orders since a video on our Universal Paring Knife Sheath went semi "viral" a few weeks ago! Our team is a literal family consisting of myself (Michael) and my incredible wife Jaclyn who runs the business side of things. Every product that we sell is COMPLETELY made by hand in our small shop. Nothing is automated or produced by CNC machines and NOTHING is made by overseas manufacturers. This is why we have longer lead times than other big companies who are able to manufacture products in mass. If you are not aware, this company was founded after I was injured on the job as a career firefighter in 2020. This injury eventually led to a medical retirement in 2022 after a 14 year career. This company has now become a major source of income for our family which is why we are so incredibly grateful for the growth and support we have recently received from all of you!! Quick Ship Products: Our original lead time for the Quick Ship Products was 3 days, but with the amount of orders that need to be processed, we have had to increase that number. This also means we have had to order TREMENDOUS amounts of materials to make the products. We are aiming to fulfill these orders as quickly as we can. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are a new challenge to our small business. If you are an international customer, we are doing our best to make sure you not only receive your order, but also receive the best shipping rate possible. This means you may receive a refund if we are able to get a lower rate than what you purchased during checkout through our website. Thank you for your patience!
